As a frequent business traveler, Hawthorn proved to be a mixed bag for me. the convenience store on-site was handy for quick supplies, but the outdated appearance of the hotel left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the room I was allocated could have been cleaner, and the presence of roaches was unsettling. However, the efficient check-in and out process was a relief after a long day. the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing me to stay connected with my team back home. the business center was well-equipped for my work needs, although the lack of a proper workspace in the room was a drawback. Overall, Hawthorn has the potential to cater to business travelers with its amenities, but improvements in cleanliness and modernization are essential to enhance the guest experience.
